Shipping Policy
Here's how NoLayer processes, ships, and delivers your order.
Processing
We typically process your order within 2 to 4 business days. During promotions and holidays, this may take longer. You will receive an email with a tracking number after shipment.
Delivery time and shipping costs
- Netherlands: free shipping with tracking. Estimated delivery time after shipment: 7 to 14 business days.
- Belgium: free shipping with tracking. Estimated delivery time after shipment: 7 to 14 business days.
These estimated delivery times are in addition to the processing time. Available shipping options are shown at checkout. We will inform you of any delays. Free shipping does not mean that any import duties are included.
Import VAT, customs, and clearance costs
The retail price excludes import VAT, any customs duties, and clearance costs. Products are shipped from outside the European Union under DAP (Delivered At Place, Incoterms® 2020). You are the importer. We do not use an IOSS scheme for these deliveries.
The postal or courier service may collect the following amounts from you:
- Import VAT according to the applicable rate in the destination country.
- Any customs duties, if applicable.
- Administration or clearance fees from the carrier.
These additional amounts are at your expense and are separate from free shipping. The carrier will inform you of the amount. Please consider this before placing your order.
Track your order
You will receive your tracking number at the email address used for your order. View the status via Track your order.
Damaged or missing shipment
In case of damage or a missing package, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nolayerkitchen.com. Include your order number and, if possible, attach photos of the product and packaging.
Please report any issues preferably within 7 days of the expected delivery date. This helps us with our investigation and does not limit your legal rights. The risk of loss or damage remains with us until you or a designated recipient receives the package, subject to legal exceptions.
An incorrect address
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Do you see an error? Email us immediately. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you; we cannot ship without correct details. Once packaging has begun, we may no longer be able to process an address change.
